Mr. Loew is a Director with Navigant Consulting with more than 29 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 26 years in the avoidance, mitigation, management and resolution of complex, multi-party litigation on public and private construction projects. His background in engineering coupled with his legal insight and broad-based experience enable him to perform and manage complex projects and organizations as well as provide a valuable strategic perspective in the evaluation and avoidance of construction claims. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements and dispute-related documents, as well as in litigation strategy/support and trial preparation. He is an accomplished speaker on construction related issues having lectured at numerous seminars.
