He has been a leading expert in the fields of contract negotiations and administration of electric power contracts, serving as an expert witness in litigation involving electric utility contractual and other matters, and providing economic analysis of alternatives. With over 37 years experience in electric utility matters, Mr. Kendall has led numerous utility procurement teams in selecting new generation and/or transmission projects and has provided expert testimony in scores of cases before state and federal tribunals.
