Bruce has over twenty years experience in management consulting and strategic project delivery predominantly in the commercial lending, real estate finance, mortgage-backed securities and commercial credit areas. He has played lead roles in a range of projects including: the implementation of enterprise credit management solutions at two large financial institutions, the startup of a new commercial real estate lending operation, the build out of an agency services capability at the US branch of a large european bank, acquisition and integration support and business strategy definition. Bruce has served as a trusted advisor to senior management teams of some of the world's largest commercial and investment banks.
