Darin L. Buchalter is a Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate practice. Mr. Buchalter has expertise in financial, operational, organizational, and risk matters for investors, lenders, owners and users of real estate. His clientele includes public and private REITs, private equity and hedge funds, real estate investment advisors, asset managers, financial services firms, and their counsel. He is an active member of several industry trade organizations and a contributor to a variety of publications. Mr. Buchalter is a member of the firm's Operating Committee, West Region Leader for the Construction practice, Office Managing Director for San Francisco and Palo Alto offices, and a participant on other special internal committees. He also serves as the chair of the board of directors for the Friends of the San Francisco Public Library.
