Farley Cohen is a Managing Director and specializes in business valuations, investigative and forensic accounting and quantification of economic damages. Mr. Cohen has been practicing in this area for 20 years and has appeared as an expert witness on many occasions in Canada and the United Kingdom and has been appointed as arbitrator and mediator in many situations. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Mr. Cohen has written articles for numerous publications and has been a speaker at many seminars and law firms. In 2006, he was recognized as one of the Top 25 Expert Witnesses in Canada by Lexpert American Lawyer.
