Jerry Capell is a Managing Director and leads the International Insurance and Reinsurance practice which is located in Chicago, London and several East Coast offices of NCI. Mr. Capell has consulted for clients on a variety of issues including complex claims, reinsurance disputes, claim allocation, project management, systems development, insurance coverage issues, special investigations, regulatory prudence reviews, cost justification studies, information management and statistical sampling analysis. Mr. Capell is frequently retained as an expert in complex insurance and reinsurance matters to assist clients with audits, inspections and special investigations.
