Mr. Lotterhos is a Director with the Litigation, Regulatory, and Markets Group within Navigant Consulting’s Energy Practice. He has 20 years of utility operations, regulatory, and legal expertise and an in-depth knowledge of the federal regulatory matters relating to energy delivery. Combining his technical background with his legal experience, Mr. Lotterhos has successfully provided clients with both technical and regulatory services related to competitive electricity markets and electric industry restructuring, transmission and distribution planning, and electric system reliability. In recent times, Mr. Lotterhos has represented client interests on the New York Independent System Operator (“NYISO”) and PJM Interconnection Planning, Markets and Reliability Committees. He also assists clients in the area of mandatory reliability standards compliance and has assisted both regulatory and regulated entities.
