Mr. LaLiberte is a Director in the Energy practice. He has twenty-three years of consulting experience, and has performed more than 60 consulting assignments, primarily is the areas of planning and scheduling, engineering, power plant operations and maintenance, T&D operations and maintenance, construction and cost control. He has also provided expert testimony at state regulatory commissions and the FERC. In addition, he has extensive utility benchmarking experience in the areas of generation, engineering, project management, and T&D.
