Kevin Kwan is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice.  With over 13 years of experience, he has provided consulting and expert witness services in various business disputes, complex commercial litigation matters, and financial investigations. He has provided services in the following areas: breach of contract, construction, bankruptcy, intellectual property infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, lost earnings capacity, product liability, and alter ego. His experience includes development of complex financial models, as well as preparation and analysis of large volumes of historical data through the development of databases. Mr. Kwan has provided expert witness testimony in State court cases and an arbitration panel.
