Mr. Caine serves as a Director with Navigant Capital Advisors and has over 13 years of corporate finance experience working with middle market companies. Matt provides investment banking, financial advisory and capital markets transaction experience to originate and lead the firm's merger, acquisition and divestiture and financial restructuring engagements. Prior to joining NCA, Mr. Caine worked in the Investment Banking Division of The Robinson-Humphrey Company assisting clients in several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, business services, and consumer/retail. Prior to Robinson-Humphrey, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz in New York. He also served as a Corporate Loan Officer for First Tennessee Bank.
