Mr. Thibault has over 34 years of experience in government contract cost accounting, pricing, subcontract audit, federal contract compliance, regulatory compliance, Cost Accounting Standards, and internal control systems audits and implementation. Prior to joining NCI, Mr. Thibault spent 31 years with DCAA and served as the DCAA Deputy Director between 1994-2005. He has worked for the government contractor segment of a risk advisory services practice for a major international accounting firm; and also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for a billion dollar Federal services contractor
