Simon Kent is the Managing Director of Consulting for the Financial Services Europe Practice and is responsible for the day to day running of the business. Simon has over 15 years experience in financial services combining backgrounds in line management and management consultancy. Part of Troika prior to the Navigant acquisition in August 2007, Simon set up the Retail Banking business and was a member of the Consulting Executive. Prior to joining Troika in 2001, Simon spent over 5 years as a senior member of the Financial Services practice with PA Consulting leading assignments across UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. He specialises in delivering large-scale business transformation programmes, operational due diligence and business strategy for financial services organisations.
