Sonya Kwon is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice and specializes in providing financial, statistical, and complex data intensive analyses in support of complex litigation and expert witness testimony. Her primary focus is on wage and hour class action employment disputes. Ms. Kwon is intimately familiar with the data used to independently evaluate the merits of shaved time, off-the-clock, employee misclassification, missed rest breaks, and missed meal break allegations. She has led project teams in the early case assessment, class certification, discovery compliance and damages stages of class action and commercial litigation. Ms. Kwon has developed and taught relational database design, economic modeling and computer programming courses to colleagues and clients.
