Navigant’s Financial Services Europe Practice Honoured for Excellence in Business Strategy

Currently in its 13th year, the Management Consulting Association’s (MCA) Management Awards showcase the positive contributions the UK consulting industry makes to the economy and celebrates the most successful consulting projects throughout the year.  This year, Navigant Consulting’s Financial Services practice was recognised by the MCA for the superb business strategy it provided to Tesco Personal Finance. 

Tesco Personal Finance, the financial services business of the world's second largest retailer, asked Navigant Consulting to support their creation of a new force in UK financial services. The first step was to restructure their existing joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Navigant Consulting quickly mobilised its team and was able to apply its deep experience in financial services to structure the arrangement, design and implement a new operating model, support the negotiation process and carry out due diligence on Tesco’s behalf.
